Reservations: All reservations are made by category and not by specific model. Europcar Milos Rent reserves the right in case of no availabiilty to upgrade the customer
Driver: Minimum age is 21 years old
Driving license: The renter should carry a valid driving license issued at least one year ago. Citizens of nonEU countries should have an international driving license along with the presence of their regular one.
Tickets – Violations: Police/Port police tickets are responsibility of the renter
Payment: The renter may pay cash on pick up or bank deposit. All reservations should be prepaid at the beginning of the rental.

Deliveries and Collections during non office hours: With o Extra charge
Deliveries and collections in Chania Airport: No Extra charge
Deliveries and collections in other locations on Chania: On request. No extra charge to places such as Souda Port, Chania town Center, Agia marina , Platanias .Contact us if u want your car in another place
Extra driver: First additional driver is offered free of charge.
Child seat: Child seat is on request and with No extra charge.
Fuel: Renter should bring back the vehicle with the same amount of fuel when picked up. If the car is dropped off with less fuel the client will be charged No refund will be given for returning the car with more fuel that it was picked up.
Accident: In case of accident the renter should inform the company and the police and provide us with a copy of the police report.
